The Interaction between Technology and Art


Japan’s teamLab is one of the new media art teams with the most international influence and appeal today. Since its inception in 2001, it has gradually developed into an interdisciplinary art and technology team of 400 people including designers, animators, architects, engineers, programmers, and mathematicians. They have created a large number of new media digital art works, and exhibited in Tokyo, Paris, London, Beijing, Shanghai and other cities around the world. This article analyzes the immersive experience and interaction design of his new media art exhibition based on my experience in Tokyo in 2018.
