Innovation and Inheritance of Chinese Folk Music under the Global Background Methods

Abstract


Folk music is an important part of China’s music system, which to some extent represents China’s excellent traditional culture and local characteristics, and is the transmission carrier of China’s excellent ethnic minority culture. However, with the deepening of the globalization process, the impact of foreign culture on the traditional music culture of China makes Chinese national music market size insufficient, and there are many challenges in innovation and inheritance. Therefore, this paper briefly describes the current development status of music of Chinese ethnic group, explores the innovation mode of music development of Chinese ethnic group in recent years, and understands its rules and characteristics, so as to provide reasonable development strategies for music innovation and inheritance of Chinese ethnic group under the global background.
